  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 box Dark Chocolate pudding & pie mix
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or oleo
  • 1 c. pecans or english walnuts
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 9 pie crust, unbaked

Directions

    Blend eggs, sugar, syrup, salt, pie mix, vanilla, and butter. Spread nuts on bottom of crust, then the coconut.

    Pour filling on top and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.. Nuts and coconut will rise to the top to form a crust.
