  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 large can Carnation cream
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 unbaked deep-dish pie shells

Directions

    Beat eggs, milk and 10 tablespoons of water in mixer bowl. Add mixture of sugar, cocoa, flour and salt; blend well.

    Stir in butter, vanilla, coconut and pecans.

    Pour into pie shells.

    Place on baking sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until pies are set.
