- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 large can Carnation cream
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 small can coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 unbaked deep-dish pie shells
Directions

1Beat eggs, milk and 10 tablespoons of water in mixer bowl. Add mixture of sugar, cocoa, flour and salt; blend well.

2Stir in butter, vanilla, coconut and pecans.

3Pour into pie shells.

4Place on baking sheet.

5Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until pies are set.
