  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 4 oz. German sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Place milk, chocolate, butter, eggs and sugar in an electric blender and blend for 15 seconds. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan and sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cool and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
