- 8 c. shredded cabbage
- 2 green bell peppers, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 4 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
Directions

1Mix cabbage, bell peppers and onions in bowl.

2Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in saucepan.

3Bring to a boil.

4Pour over cabbage mixture.

5Chill for 24 hours or longer.

6Yield: 12 cups.
