- 1 c. sorghum molasses
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 to 5 c. flour
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 3 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Let chill overnight.

3Shape in balls size of walnuts.

4Press with fork to make cross.

5Bake in moderate oven 10 to 12 minutes.

6They are best if not cooked too done.

7Take them out so that they will fall when taken out of the oven.

8The dough will keep in refrigerator for days.
