- 1 qt. white vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c. kosher salt
- lump of alum
- dill
Directions

1Boil water, vinegar, salt and alum for 5 minutes.

2Pack dill and 1 clove garlic into bottom of sterilized jar.

3Pack pickles and add more dill.

4Pour hot liquid over pickles and seal.
