- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 2 cans (16 oz. each) cut green beans
Directions

1In large saucepan, fry bacon until almost done.

2Add onion and fry until golden, about 5 minutes.

3Add flour; blend in thoroughly.

4Stir in sugar, vinegar and liquid from one can of beans.

5Bring to boiling.

6Discard liquid from remaining can of beans.

7Add beans to pan; reduce heat and simmer until beans are heated through.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings.
