  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/3 c. butter

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Beat eggs in bowl.

    Add flour and milk. Beat until smooth, but don't overbeat.

    Melt butter in bottom of cooking pan.

    Pour butter in pan.

    Bake at 425° on middle shelf for 20 to 25 minutes.
