- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp. Sucaryl
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 8 large peeled apples
- 2 egg whites
- 4 Tbsp. powdered milk
- 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Place egg yolks, Sucaryl and next 4 ingredients in blender and blend 2 seconds.

2Add apples.

3Blend until fine.

4Pour into buttered pie plate.

5Bake at 450° for 25 minutes.

6Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

7Add remaining ingredients and process along with 1 teaspoon Sucaryl.

8Put meringue on pie, spreading to edges.

9Brown at 350° until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
