- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 5 c. diced potatoes
- 5 c. boiling water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Mix potatoes, bouillon cubes, onions and celery in the boiling water.

2Cook for 1 hour.

3When vegetables are done, add 2 cans cream of celery soup and the Velveeta cheese.

4Heat until cheese is melted.

5Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
