- 1 c. butter (only butter)
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 3 c. flour (sift 3 times)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1All ingredients must be at room temperature.

2In large bowl, cream butter.

3Sift 2 sugars together; add to butter.

4Add unbeaten egg yolks; beat until smooth.

5Mix in extracts; add flour, baking powder, salt and milk.

6Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into batter.

7Grease Bundt pan, then pour batter into pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.

8Turn cake onto dish; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
