- 4 (1/8 inch) slices roast beef
- salt and pepper
- mustard
- chopped boiled eggs
- chopped pickle (any kind)
- 4 slices bacon (uncooked)
- 2 gravy mixes
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Spread mustard over roast beef.

2Top with the following: chopped boiled eggs, chopped pickle and a slice of bacon.

3Roll up and secure with toothpick.

4Saute in oil until nice and brown. Put oil and meat in pot and just cover with water.

5Cook one hour on top of stove at medium heat.

6Mix 2 gravy mixes and 2 tablespoons flour.

7Sprinkle over water.

8Cook until nice and thick.
