- 1 large can sauerkraut, rinsed well
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/4 c. green peppers
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
Directions

1Brown meat and drain.

2Rinse sauerkraut and drain.

3Put all together and mix well.

4Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

5The last 15 minutes, put slices of cheese on top and return to oven (uncovered).
