- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. long grain uncooked rice
- 1 large or 2 medium onions, sauteed in margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 medium or 1 large head of cabbage
Directions

1Cook rice about half done.

2Take a knife and cut down toward center of cabbage and around core of cabbage.

3Put into large pot, about 1/2 or 3/4 full of water.

4Bring to a simmer.

5Start taking leaves off and put on side to cool.

6Saute onions until they start to get tender.
