  • 1 (16 oz.) can applesauce
  • 1 (14 oz.) sauerkraut, drained and snipped
  • 1/3 c. dry white wine (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 (12-inch) rings Polish sausage
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole onions, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can small whole potatoes, drained

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients in an electric skillet and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until well heated.

    Stir occasionally. Serve with hot mustard.
