- 1/4 cup brown rice flour
- 2 tbsp potato or tapioca starch
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
Directions

1makes one 8 inch crust.

2in a bowl combine all dry ingredients.

4in a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients.

5add to the dry ingredients and mix well.

6gf doughs have a very different consistency, this one is kind of like cake batter.

8carefully spread and flatten with a wet spatula.

9bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes, until bottom is golden and crust is partially baked.
