Ingredients

  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 cup milk
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage, crumble, browned and drained
  • 10 oz pasta shapes, cooked and drained
  • 1 parmesan cheese - to taste

    Preheat oven to 375

    On the stove, Saute garlic in butter for one minute.

    Add flour to make a smooth paste.

    Pour in milk, cook and stir until thickened.

    Stir in salt and pepper.

    Add the sausage and the pasta and mix well.

    Pour into a greased casserole and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
