- 1 large egg white
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1 1/2 ounces Lillet blanc
- 3/4 ounce Velvet Falernum (clove-spiced liqueur)
- 2 dashes of orange bitters, preferably Regans
- Ice
- Pinch of ground cardamom
Directions

1In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except the ice and cardamom and shake for 10 seconds.

2Add ice and shake for 10 more seconds.

3Strain into a chilled coupe and sprinkle with the cardamom.
