- 225 grams all purpose flour
- 100 grams sugar (powdered or fine)
- 115 grams unsaltrd butter (1stick)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 teaspoons ginger powder
Directions

1Mix sugar, butter and egg yolks.

2Mix well.

3Sift all dry ingredients and add to earlier mixture spoon by spoon

4Make a workable dough

5Roll dough to about 6 mm thickness.

6Cut with round cutter.

7Bake for 12-15 minutes at 375 degree F. (190 degree C) till top becomes golden brown.

8Remove from oven and put them on cooling rack for about 10 minutes.

9Serve anytime.
