  • 2 cup black rice cooked
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger minced
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup green onions

Directions

    Grate carrots and thinly slice shallots.

    Saute freshly minced garlic and ginger in sesame oil.

    Add carrots and shallots to combine.

    Pour into cooked rice and stir to combine.

    Salt and pepper taste.

    Optional: Add soy sauce, chopped nuts, or both!

    (2 tbsp thinly sliced nuts (toasted optional) and 1 Tbsp soy sauce.
