- 2 cup black rice cooked
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tbsp ginger minced
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup green onions
Directions

1Grate carrots and thinly slice shallots.

2Saute freshly minced garlic and ginger in sesame oil.

3Add carrots and shallots to combine.

4Pour into cooked rice and stir to combine.

5Salt and pepper taste.

6Optional: Add soy sauce, chopped nuts, or both!

7(2 tbsp thinly sliced nuts (toasted optional) and 1 Tbsp soy sauce.
