  • 3 c. flour
  • 4 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. blackstrap molasses
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large lighly beaten Large eggs

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Whisk flour, ginger and cinnamon.

    Beat butter and brown sugar.

    Whisk molasses and boiling water, add in baking soda.

    Add in flour and molasses mixtures to butter mix.

    Beat in Large eggs till smooth and thin.

    Add in to glass baking dish.

    Bake 55-65 min.
