  • 1/2 c. thin sliced fresh ginger
  • 6 c. water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 Tbsp. honey or brown sugar
  • lemon wedges (for garnish if desired)

    In a saucepan, simmer ginger, cinnamon sticks and water for 20 minutes, longer for stronger tea. Add honey or brown sugar and strain tea through sieve.
