"Easy" Cherry Dessert

  • 2 cans cherry pie filling
  • 1 box Jiffy cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • sugar and lemon juice

Directions

    Add a little sugar and lemon juice to cherry pie filling.

    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.

    Sprinkle Jiffy cake mix on top of cherries, then top with chopped nuts.

    Drizzle butter over the top. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.

    May be topped with ice cream when serving.
