- 6 green peppers, cleaned, washed and parboiled for 5 minutes
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. oats
- 1/2 c. crackers or bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Mix ingredients (except tomato sauce) and put into parboiled peppers.

2Pour tomato sauce over top and bake in a 13 x 9-inch dish at 350° for 1 hour.
