Ingredients

  • 6 green peppers, cleaned, washed and parboiled for 5 minutes
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. oats
  • 1/2 c. crackers or bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Directions

    Mix ingredients (except tomato sauce) and put into parboiled peppers.

    Pour tomato sauce over top and bake in a 13 x 9-inch dish at 350° for 1 hour.
