- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 1 ginger (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
Directions

1Mix together the hamburger meat, ginger, onion and corriander.

2Make into balls.

3Bring to a boil 2 cups of olive oil and 2 cups of water.

4Add balls to the boiling water/oil.

5Reduce heat to simmer.

6Cook balls for about 3 hours or until liquid is almost absorbed by the balls.

7Add can of tomato paste and mix in with remaining liquid.

8Serve with rice.
