  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 1 ginger (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste

Directions

    Mix together the hamburger meat, ginger, onion and corriander.

    Make into balls.

    Bring to a boil 2 cups of olive oil and 2 cups of water.

    Add balls to the boiling water/oil.

    Reduce heat to simmer.

    Cook balls for about 3 hours or until liquid is almost absorbed by the balls.

    Add can of tomato paste and mix in with remaining liquid.

    Serve with rice.
