- 1 egg
- 12 cup molasses
- 14 cup hot water
- 1 34 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 14 teaspoon clove
- 14 cup hot water
Directions

1Combine butter, sugar, egg, molasses and first amount of hot water in mixing bowl.

5Gradually stir second amount of hot water into batter.

6Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.

7Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

8Cool in pan 5 minutes, then remove.
