  • 1 ounce fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

    In a small saucepan, combine all of the ingredients and simmer until the sugar has dissolved.

    Strain the syrup into a jar and let cool.
