  • 1 12 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 2 garlic cloves, cut in half
  • 12 small onion, chopped
  • 6 peppercorns
  • 1 inch fresh ginger

Directions

    Remove the strings form the bags, or use loose tea in cheese cloth.

    Place all ingredients in a small sauce pan.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat.

    Simmer 15 minutes.

    Strain.

    Allow to cool.
