Name: Gingerbread Cocktail
Ingredients: 1 ounce amaretto liqueur; 1/4 teaspoon molasses; 1/8 teaspoon allspice; 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice; 1 cup ice, or as needed; 2 ounces vodka; 1 ounce Irish cream liqueur (such as Bailey's(R)); 2 gingersnap cookies (optional)

1/4 teaspoon molasses
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup ice, or as needed
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce Irish cream liqueur (such as Bailey's(R))
2 gingersnap cookies (optional)

Combine amaretto, molasses, allspice, and pumpkin pie spice in a small saucepan over medium heat and cook until molasses is melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool briefly, 5 to 10 minutes

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and amaretto mixture. Shake well to blend and strain into a cocktail glass. Serve with gingersnap cookies.
