- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes(R) Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2/3 cup warm milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

2Line an 8.5x4.5 loaf pan with parchment paper.

3Whisk together the flour, ginger and cinnamon in a small bowl.

4Melt the butter in a pan with the molasses and brown sugar.

5Once melted add the liquid to the flour and stir well with a spatula.

6Add the egg and stir.

7Combine the warm milk with the baking soda and stir to combine.

8Add the milk to the batter and mix until smooth.

9Pour the mixture into the pan.

10Bake in the oven for about 75-80 minutes until the top is springy to the touch.
