- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Directions

1Cut carrots diagonally into 1/4 slices.

2Cook carrots in boiling water for 7 minutes or until tender.

6Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
