- 2 lb. carrots
- 1/2 onion, sliced or diced
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced or diced
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Slice carrots; cook about 10 minutes.

2Drain and cool.

3Add onion and green pepper.

4Heat tomato soup and add sugar to dissolve.

5Stir in oil, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and seasonings.

6Marinate for 3 to 5 days in refrigerator.

7Put in double boiler so it can be heated, or it can be served cold.
