- 3 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 c. beer
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. chicken stock
Directions

1Wash chicken pieces well and drain.

2In heavy casserole, place chicken and remaining ingredients.

3Simmer for 1 hour until chicken is tender and sauce is reduced but not dry.
