- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. ginger ale, chilled
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set the pineapple aside. In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in water.

2Stir in ginger ale, ginger and the reserved juice.

3Chill until syrupy, about 45 minutes.

4Fold in pineapple.

5Transfer to a 6-cup mold coated with nonstick cooking spray.

6Refrigerate until firm.

7Unmold onto a serving platter.

8Yield: 12 servings.
