  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar

  • flour to make stiff dough

    Add vinegar, vanilla and enough flour to make a stiff dough.

    Roll very thin.

    Cut with cookie cutter.
