- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Cream the butter.

2Add the honey and molasses.

3Continue beating until they are combined.

4Beat in the egg and vanilla. Mix together the flour, ginger, cinnamon and baking soda.

5Add to the butter mixture.

6The dough will be slightly sticky. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour before baking.
