- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.

3Dip tops in granulated sugar.

4Place balls, sugar side up, 3 inches apart on a lightly greased baking sheet.
