- 20 ounces frozen corn
- 8 ounces whipping cream
- 8 ounces half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 -4 tablespoons flour
- parmesan cheese, ok to use the stuff in the green can (to taste)
Directions

1Bring all ingredients except flour, butter and parmesan cheese to a boil.

2Remove from heat.

3Add flour and butter to the mixture and stir to thicken.

4If not the right consistency, add more flour and butter and stir to blend.

5Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan (to taste).

6bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
