Ingredients

  • 20 ounces frozen corn
  • 8 ounces whipping cream
  • 8 ounces half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 -4 tablespoons flour
  • parmesan cheese, ok to use the stuff in the green can (to taste)

Directions

    Bring all ingredients except flour, butter and parmesan cheese to a boil.

    Remove from heat.

    Add flour and butter to the mixture and stir to thicken.
  4. 4
    If not the right consistency, add more flour and butter and stir to blend.

    Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan (to taste).

    bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
