Glazed Acorn Squash

  • 2 medium acorn squash, halved and seeded
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/3 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Place squash, cut side down, in baking dish.

    Add water.

    Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until squash is firm.

    Drain water, turn cut side up.
  5. 5
    Stir together other ingredients and spoon mixture over squash.

    Return to 350° oven and bake for 15 minutes (basting occasionally) or until fork-tender.
