- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 onion, grated or chopped fine
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- garlic salt to taste
Directions

1Cook and drain the spinach.

2Mix together while spinach is cooking the eggs, stuffing, onion, cheese, butter and garlic salt. Stir in cooked spinach and refrigerate about 1 hour.

3Roll into small balls.

4Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
