Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 onion, grated or chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 3/4 c. butter, softened
  • garlic salt to taste

Directions

    Cook and drain the spinach.

    Mix together while spinach is cooking the eggs, stuffing, onion, cheese, butter and garlic salt. Stir in cooked spinach and refrigerate about 1 hour.

    Roll into small balls.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
