- 1 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

1Cook and drain carrots.

2In small saucepan mix sugar, nutmeg, orange juice and cornstarch.

3Cook until it starts to thicken, stir constantly.

4Pour over cooked carrots, serve hot.
