Glazed Carrots

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Green Giant carrots
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • juice of 1 orange and grated rind
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

Directions

    Cook carrots 5 minutes longer than package directions and drain.

    Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Pour butter over carrots.

    Sprinkle with sugar.

    Add rest of ingredients.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

    Baste and turn often.
