  • 1 bag carrots (small)
  • 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. margarine, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. water
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Scrape carrots and cut up.

    Combine all ingredients in pan; cover and bring to boil.

    Reduce heat to low and simmer until carrots are tender.

    Uncover and cook over medium heat until liquid evaporates and carrots are glazed.
