- 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. water
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Scrape carrots and cut up.

2Combine all ingredients in pan; cover and bring to boil.

3Reduce heat to low and simmer until carrots are tender.

4Uncover and cook over medium heat until liquid evaporates and carrots are glazed.
