  • 4 carrots, peeled and sliced

  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt to taste

    Melt butter in saucepan. Add carrots, brown sugar, dry mustard and salt. Cover and cook about 20 minutes or until done.
