- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of nutmeg
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 lb. carrots, sliced
Directions

1Cook carrots in water until tender.

2Drain; cook remaining ingredients until well blended.

3Stir in cooked carrots and cover with lid and cook 7 to 8 minutes.

4Stir once.

5Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
