- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 lb. can sliced carrots or 2 c. fresh, cooked carrots
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine with sugar and lemon juice in small skillet.

2Drain carrots and place in sugar mixture.

3Heat for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

4Serves 3 to 4.
