- 1 (15 oz.) can whole baby carrots, drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared spicy mustard
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Place carrots in a 9-inch pie pan.

3In a small saucepan over moderate heat, melt butter; add onion and cook until lightly browned.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in sugar and mustard; blend and spoon over carrots.

6Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes or until lightly glazed.
