  • boned chicken breast
  • 1/2 c. wine
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. dried mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar

    Shake chicken in flour, garlic salt, seasoned salt, paprika and dill in bag or bowl.

    Brown chicken in oil.

    Remove and arrange strips in single layers in shallow pan.

    Blend wine, vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup and mustard and pour over chicken. Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes or until glazed.
