- 1 1/2 lb. ground ham
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 lb. lean pork
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients.

2Mix lightly, but well.

3Shape into 40 meatballs (1 1/2-inch).

4Place in a single layer in shallow pan.

5In bowl, mix together remaining ingredients and pour over the meatballs.

6Bake in 350° oven for one hour.

7Spoon meatballs into serving dish.

8Skim fat from sauce and pour sauce over the meatballs.
