- 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Half-and-Half (a Blend Of Half Milk, Half Cream)
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 can (14.75 Oz. Can) Creamed Corn, UNdrained
- 1 can (15.25 Oz. Can) Whole Kernel Corn, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 box (8.5 Oz. Box) Corn Muffin Mix

11. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray an 8 x 11 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.

22. In a large bowl, mix the softened butter, half-and-half, sour cream, and eggs together with a hand mixer, until blended.

33. Add the undrained creamed corn, the whole kernel corn, and the corn muffin mix. Stir with a mixer until combined.

44. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.

55. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until lightly browned around the edges and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
